By using SMBI Directory, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your account.

3. User-Generated Content

• You grant us a licence to use, display, and moderate your submissions.
• You warrant that your content is accurate, does not infringe rights, and is not harmful.
• We may moderate, edit, or remove content at our discretion without notice.

4. Directory Listings & Claims

• Listings are community-driven. Claiming a listing asserts ownership or authorisation.
• We reserve the right to merge duplicates or remove inaccurate listings.
• Claimed owners are responsible for keeping information up-to-date.

5. Prohibited Conduct

No spam, illegal content, harassment, copyright infringement, or attempts to bypass moderation.

6. Disclaimers

• The platform is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee accuracy, availability, or completeness of content.
• We are not liable for any loss arising from use of the directory, events, ferry data, or fishing times.
• Verify all critical information independently.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to resupplying the service or equivalent.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
